Marie Claire

Cornwall based flower grower and maker Marie-Claire is passionate about the small things that make life magical. Since we met in Morocco over a decade ago we have been glued to MC’s adventures; from establishing her surf apparel and swimwear brand Love and Honor in a surf town in South West France; to moving with her family to Cornwall and following her dream of a field full of beautiful blooms.

We are really happy to now have MC on board our Good Things team to run our natural dying workshops using flowers from her field near St Agnes on the North Cornwall coast.

Kate A

Kate joins us to take us on a special journey through sound. Kate’s personal journey with this ancient practice began in 2012 whilst searching for something to help improve her physical and mental health after receiving a diagnose of ME/CFS. Experiencing the powerful benefits of vibrational healing first hand she became passionate to learn more, dive deeper and share the power of healing sound with others.

Kate qualified as a sound therapist with the Suara Sound Academy in 2015 and has since furthered her training with Sheila Whittaker (gong training) and the Colour of Sound Institute.

As a qualified hypnotherapist, NLP, and Rahanni energy healing practitioner, Kate loves to weave these powerful practices into her meditations and sound journeys, working outside in nature, connecting with the elements wherever possible.
